Rise Hoop Dance is passionate about encouraging people to get active and be the best they can be. Creative hula hooping workshops and wellness days combine hooping with circus tricks, movement, dance and music to create a playful platform for personal growth, team building and overall shiny, happy people. Rise Hoop Dance Bristol Hula Hooping Workshop at Wild Wolf's Yoga

We will meet at Wild Wolf's Yoga and take you over to Queens Square!

Learn how to hula hoop on your waist, hands, neck and legs. Then combine these exciting new skills with cool circus tricks and inspiring dance moves to embrace your creative flow.
